Kate Wears Topshop To U.S. Store Opening
All eyes were upon Kate Moss yesterday as she rocked up to Topshop’s grand opening in the U.S.
The fashion icon accompanied billionaire Arcadia boss, Sir Philip Green to the glamorous store opening, which had been billed as one of the biggest events on the year.
Unsurprisingly Kate chose to champion her own range for the high-street favourite, wearing a leather jacket from a previous collection and an emerald green maxi dress, which is currently in-store.
She revealed to Graiza this week that green was her favourite colour, and we have to agree her outfit choice was pure perfection; edgy and cool, a lot like Kate herself. More on page 225
Louis Vuitton V Google
Louis Vuitton will face Google in the European Court of Justice this week in a fight over what people see when they google a designer name, Bloomberg reports. Google is appealing a 2006 ruling that it breached Vuitton’s trademark rights.
At the moment when you search for a label or brand name on Google you are shown paid for results which include companies offering similar and fake versions of the products. Vuitton argues that the search engine should not be able to sell search terms and brand names should be exclusive to the brand which licences them. More on page 224
